INGREDIENTS………… Makes 24 cookies
Brown Sugar
White Sugar or Stevia / Monk Fruit
Butter
Egg
Flour
Baking Soda
Salt
White Chocolate Chips
Dried Cranberries
DIRECTIONS:
In a mixing bowl add
½ cup Brown Sugar
½ cup granulated sugar or Monk Fruit (a sugar substitute)
1/2 cup of softened butter
1 egg whisked
1/4 Cup Eggnog or Milk
Cream butter, egg, Milk with white sugar & brown sugar
Mix in a separate bowl mix
2 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp salt, stir to incorporate thoroughly
then add flour mixture to the creamed sugar mixture
Fold in ½ cup white chocolate chips and ½ cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup walnut pieces (optional)
Form into balls on cookie sheet
Place on middle rack, Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake till lightly brown @ 15 minutes
