Tuna Burgers

INGREDIENTS….. makes 4 servings

1 Can Tuna

Oatmeal or Breadcrumbs (I fill the tuna can with amount)

Egg

Celery

Onion

Salt, Pepper, Dill weed & Celery Salt

Lemon

Oil & Butter

DIRECTONS:

1 can Tuna
1 tuna can full of Oatmeal or Breadcrumbs
1 Egg whisked
1 Celery finely diced
¼ Onion minced (using a grater)
Salt, Pepper, Dill weed, & Celery salt – 1 to 2 dashes each
1/4 Lemon juice – squeezed.

Make into patties and Heat frying pan with oil or butter or both, till browned & cooked on both sides
