Sweet & Russet Potatoes Mash

INGREDIENTS makes 6 servings

2 Medium Sweet Potatoes

4 Russet Potatoes

Cinnamon, Basil, Nutmeg, Butter, Honey

Salt & Pepper

Milk

Butter

Honey

DIRECTIONS:

2 Medium sized Sweet Potato chopped, spread with Oil, sprinkle with

1 tsp EACH Cinnamon, Basil, 1/8 tsp Nutmeg, dash EACH of Salt & Pepper, and toss together to fully coat

placed on a cookie sheet with parchment paper

Bake in oven 350 degrees for 20 minutes, till fully softened to mash with 1 Tbsp EACH Honey & Butter, and set aside.

In the Meantime, in a separate Pot on the oven – Take 4 potatoes peeled and add water to just covering potatoes and bring to a boil, reduce to medium heat, partially cover
simmer cooking @ 15 – 20 Minutes till softened enough to mashed. DRAIN WATER
ADD to Russet Potatoes 1 tbsp Butter, 1/4 cup Milk, and mash
Once sweet potatoes done Mash and combined with regular potatoes

Mix all together and serve
