INGREDIENTS
1 Loaf of your Favorite Bread
Milk
Onion
Celery
Carrot
Garlic Cloves
Butter & Oil
Salt & Pepper
Chicken Broth
Rosemary, Thyme, Sage & Parsley
Raisins
DIRECTIONS:
1 loaf of your favorite bread chopped into bite sized – put in the oven and toast it @ 350degrees till toasted 10 – 15 minutes or more.
Take bread crumbs and Mix in 1 cup Milk, stir and set aside
Meanwhile In a pan…… sauté
1 Onion diced
4 Celery diced
1 Carrot shredded
4 Garlic Cloves minced
¼ cup EACH Butter & Oil
Few Dashes of Salt & pepper…continue to sauté till softened.
Mix in a bowl 1 – 1 ½ cup Water with Chicken broth…. seasoned with, 1 tsp EACH Rosemary, Thyme, Sage, Sugar & Parsley
Mix in the bread crumb, sautéed vegetables and ½ cup raisins and mix till blended.
Stuff into the turkey….
