INGREDIENTS make @ 4 – 6 Burgers
1 pkg Ground Beef
Salt & Pepper
Sliced Mushrooms
Breadcrumbs
Eggs
Onion
Oil
Cheese Slices
DIRECTIONS:
Mushroom, Onion Burgers
In the pan add 1 Tbsp EACH of Butter & Oil and sauté sliced Onions & Mushrooms pieces (1 cup Each) till softened & translucent and set aside…..
Combine in a large bowl, ground Beef, ½ cup Breadcrumbs, 2 Eggs, Salt & pepper, ½ Onion minced.
Form into burgers and skillet/cook till fully done, and browned both sides
Top with the Onion, Mushroom sauté, top with Cheese slices, cover with lid and remove from heat and let sit to melt.
Serve on a Bun with mayonnaise & BBQ sauce, burger and add toppings (lettuce, tomato, optional)
BBQ sauce (See Recipe under “Sauces & Dips”)…best make ahead and store in fridge till ready to use
