Spinach Beet Salad

INGREDIENTS…… makes 6 servings

Spinach leaves

2 Beets cooked

Mushrooms

Green Onions

Goat Cheese

Walnuts

Kraft Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

DIRECTIONS:

6 cups Spinach leaves,

2 cooked Beets chopped, (wash and scrub the beets, place in pot, bring a pot of water to a boil, reduce to medium heat, partially cover with a lid to release some steam. 40 – 50 minutes.

Poke with a fork to check till softened. ……Drain water, set aside, Cool, then chop)

1 cup Mushroom slices

4 diced Green Onions,

1 cup Goat Cheese crumbled,

handful of chopped Walnuts,

1/2 cup Kraft Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Toss all together and serve chilled
