Shrimp White Wine Pasta

INGREDIENTS…..Makes 4 – 5 servings

Garlic Cloves

White Wine

Mushroom Soup

Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt, Onion Salt, Celery Salt, Chives, Dill, Cayenne Pepper

Orange, Yellow, & Red Bell Peppers

Shrimp

Lemon

Sugar

Tomatoes

Linguini Pasta

DIRECTIONS:

In a skillet add oil,
2 minced garlic,
Add ½ cup white wine and simmer out a 3 – 5 minutes.
Add 1 cup Mushroom soup, ¼ – 1/2 cup water,

½ tsp EACH salt, pepper, garlic salt, onion salt, celery salt, dill, cayenne pepper,

reduce and simmer low @ 3 minutes
add…¼ Each orange, yellow & red Bell Peppers – diced or 1 whole pepper
continue simmering 5 minutes
add 2 cups cooked Shrimp, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp sugar,

1 – 2 tomatoes chopped…….simmer @ 5 minutes

Meanwhile while the above is cooking through…..

In a large pot bring water to a boil, then salt water and Cook 4 servings linguini or any pasta.
Keep 1/4 cup of pasta water add to the shrimp sauce
then combine Sauce and Pasta all together
