Shanghai Noodle with Pork

INGREDIENTS

Vegetable or Pork Broth

Soya Sauce

Rice Vinegar

Sesame Oil

Hoisin Sauce

Hot Sauce

Bean Sprouts

Udon Thick Noodles

Pork slices

DIRECTIONS:

In a Cooking pot on the stove add…

1 cup of Vegetable / or Pork Broth

1/4 cup Each Soya Sauce and Rice Vinegar

2 tsp Sesame Oil

1 Tbsp EACH Hoisin Sauce and Hot Sauce

Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer 2 minutes

add a bag or 2 cups Bean Sprouts, and simmer 5 minutes

add in Thick Noodles and Pork Slices and simmer @ 2 minutes till fully heated

*side note. I used Pork slices from my Pork Roast or you could cook pork chop and slice that too.
