Scalloped Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

Potatoes

Butter

Plain Greek Yogurt

Milk

Garlic Salt, Onion Salt, Salt & Pepper

Parsley

Cheese (marble cheese in picture)

DIRECTIONS:

Place 5 – 6 medium sized Potatoes thinly sliced into a 9 x 9 inch baking dish

daub with butter all over Potatoes

In a bowl mix together

1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

1/4 – 1/2 cup Milk

1 – 2 dashes EACH Garlic Salt, & Onion Salt,

1 TBSP Parsley

Salt & Pepper to desired amount

Pour over the Potatoes, cover with tinfoil

Place in a pre-heated Oven 350 for 1 hour covered with tinfoil

Remove tinfoil add (optional) grated cheese and return to oven uncovered for 30 minutes
