Salmon Burgers

INGREDIENTS…..  makes 4 servings

1 Can Salmon

Oatmeal or Breadcrumbs

Pickle Juice or Vinegar

Dill weed, Oregano, Lemon Pepper, & Tarragon (Optional)

Egg

Oil & Butter

Salt & Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

1 can Salmon

1 salmon can of Oatmeal or Breadcrumbs

1 tbsp Pickle Juice or Vinegar
1 tsp Each Dill weed, Oregano, Lemon Pepper & Tarragon (optional)
I Egg whisked

Salt & Pepper

Combine all ingredients well, shape into patties and fry with 1 tbsp of Oil and Butter in pan both sides till lightly brown and crisp
