Salmon Burgers

INGREDIENTS make 2 Burgers

1 can Salmon

Oatmeal or Breadcrumbs

Pickle Juice or Vinegar

Dill, Oregano, Lemon Pepper seasonings

Egg

Salt & Pepper

Oil & Butter

Tartar Sauce & sliced Tomato

Buns

DIRECTIONS:

In a bowl combine…

1 can Salmon

½ cup Oatmeal or Breadcrumbs

1 tbsp Pickle juice or Vinegar

1 tsp Each Dill, Oregano, Lemon Pepper & 1 Egg, & Salt & Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients, shape into patties.

Heat frying pan with oil and butter, cook both sides till lightly brown and crisp.

Buns, topped with homemade tartar sauce and (optional) sliced tomato
