Salmon / Asparagus and Bearnaise Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 medium to large Salmon or Trout Piece of Fish

1/2 to 1 Bunch of Asparagus

1 Package Bearnaise Sauce

1/2 Cup Butter

1 Cup Water

Sea Salt, Pepper, Dill and Oil

Directions

Preheat Oven 350 degrees

Cut ends off the Asparagus and cut in halves.

Bring a medium sized pot of water to a boil and add in Asparagus, partially cover with a lid and simmer boil on medium /high for 3 – 5 minutes

Remove from water pot, on a paper towel and let set aside.

Next in a 9 x 13 baking dish add oil or pam, the Fish and lightly oil the top of the fish, then salt, pepper and Dill

add to preheated oven and bake 15 minutes, then add in Asparagus to the baking for another 10-15 minutes till fish is done and flaking.

Heat a pot on the stove top to make Bearnaise….

add in (according to directions) 1/2 cup Butter melt on medium heat, package of Bearnaise and 1 cup of water

stirring constantly to a slight bubbling, reduce and continue to simmer and stir, till thickened.
