Veggies from Beef Roast Recipe (Carrots, Celery & Onions, Garlic)
Butter
Flour
DIRECTIONS:
Remove Roast from Roasting pan and set aside on a plate to rest.
Use a strainer to remove the veggies, (Carrots & Celery) from the Roasting pan, in a bowl and set aside
In a large bowl take a fine net strainer and pour in the liquid from the bottom of the roast pan.
Heat a large frying pan Heat 2 Tbsp EACH Butter and Flour to make a roux, by letting that simmer and stirring constantly while
slowly adding in the beef liquid water. Bringing to a simmer and stirring constantly till all liquid added.
Let simmer and stir till thickened.
