INGREDIENTS
1 Bell Pepper
Onion
Tortillas
Chicken / Beef (whatever you prefer)
Cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Heat frying pan with oil and sauté 1 Bell Pepper diced and 1/3 Onion diced
then set aside while you cook the meat thoroughly
Take 2 Tortillas, at a time and add Cooked meat (i.e.: chicken, beef) sliced Peppers & Onion
Shredded cheese to one side and fold them in half
back-to-back folds, or quesadilla grill and brown each side @ 5 -10 minutes
add to preheated oven @ 350 degrees
Once browned on the bottom, turn oven to broil and brown the tops, making sure to keep an eye on them.
Make as many tortillas / quesadillas as you want
