Potato Wedges & Dip

INGREDIENTS….. 1 potato per serving….

Potatoes

Oil

Season: Salt, Pepper, Cayenne pepper, Paprika & Oregano

DIRECTIONS:

Wash and scrub potatoes (1 potato per person) cut into wedges leaving skin on
Soak in cold water 10 minutes to help reduce starch and cook better
Remove the water
Take a bowl add Potatoes, Oil, and seasoning…..dash or two of each
Salt, Pepper, Cayenne pepper, Paprika, & Oregano,
Add to baking sheet with parchment paper
Bake 400 degrees – 10 -15 mins each side or till browned/cooked

Dip
Mayo, honey, hot sauce
