INGREDIENTS: makes @ 5 servings
1 can Pineapple Rings
1 package ground Pork
Panko Breadcrumbs
Egg
Salt & Pepper
Onion
Cheese
Lettuce
Bun
Tomato
Onion
DIRECTIONS:
Set aside Pineapple rings on a paper towel to slightly dry, to add on top of the burgers with cheese later
1 pkg ground Pork
½ cup Panko Breadcrumbs
1 egg
Salt & Pepper
½ Onion mined
Heat oil in pan and mix above, form into patties and fry till browned through each side
Once cooked you will top each patty with a pineapple ring and cheese, reduce to Low Heat, cover with a lid to melt cheese

Take bun add sweet & sour sauce to each bun, sliced toppings – i.e. lettuce, tomato, onion….and Pineapple / cheese Burger patties
