INGREDIENTS:
Broccoli
1 Orange Bell Pepper
Soya Sauce
Hoisin Sauce
1 Can Crushed Pineapples
Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt & Pepper
Garlic Salt
Onion Salt
Sugar or Brown Sugar
Chili Flakes
DIRECTIONS;
Prep Vegetables, by chopping in 2 cups of washed chopped Broccoli and 1 Orange Bell Pepper – set aside….
In a bowl make sauce to go on later……
¼ Cup Soya Sauce
½ – 1 Cup Water
1 – 2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
I Can Crushed Pineapples
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tsp Each Garlic Salt, Onion Salt
1 Tbsp Sugar or Brown Sugar
dash Chili Flakes – optional
Take ½ Cauliflower (wash & pat dry) and shred into rice size pieces
Heat frying pan and add oil Cauliflower, Salt & Pepper and cook on Medium / Low Heat, while making the Meat Mixture below, stirring often
Heat skillet with oil – Brown and add in Pork Stir -fry pieces, Salt & Pepper – once fully cooked set aside.
Wipe out skillet, add new oil, and chopped vegetables, over medium heat and sauté @ 3 minutes
Then add in the Sauce above, and Pork stir-fry pieces.
Bring to a simmer over medium / high heat, then reduce to medium / low heat and cover to cook down the broccoli @ 2 minutes)
Then take lid off and continue to simmer uncovered – stirring often @ 5 minutes
Add in Cornstarch slurry optional if needs thickening…..or some Water if not thick enough…
