Peach & Mango Pie

INGREDIENTS….makes 6 pie pieces

Crisco or Tender flake lard *or premade pie crust from frozen section / grocery store

Flour

6 Peaches

2 Mangoes

Lemon

Brown Sugar

DIRECTIONS

Make crust according to Crisco package and place in fridge 30 minutes (or buy premade crust / frozen section)

In a large mixing bowl add….
4 – 6 Peaches peeled and chopped
2 Mangoes peeled and chopped
½ wedge Lemon juiced
¼ cup Brown sugar mix and set aside.
Bake 425 for 20 minutes
Reduce temp 375 for 30 minutes
Remove and cool
