Oriental Spaghetti Squash

INGREDIENTS

1 Spaghetti Squash

Oil

2 Chicken Breasts (cooked)

Salt & Pepper

1 Carrot

2 Celery

1 Can Cranberry Jelly

Hot Sauce

Soya Sauce

Apple Cider Vinegar

Sesame Oil

Green Onions & Peanuts (optional)

DIRECTIONS: 

Bake one Spaghetti Squash cut in rings (hollow out the middle) Bake in oven for 15 minutes and flip for 10-15 minutes more @ 400 degrees on parchment paper & cookie sheet
Meanwhile in a frying pan heat oil…

Add 2 chicken breasts chopped into bite size pieces (season with salt & pepper).  Cook thoroughly till browned on all sides.
Add 1 shredded Carrot, 2 Celery chopped, sauté 2 -3 minutes

Add to pan, 1/3 Cup Cranberry Jelly,

1 tsp EACH Hot sauce, and Sesame Oil

2 Tbsp EACH Soya Sauce, and Apple cider vinegar
Serve topped with 3 sliced green onions and Peanuts (optional)
