2 Chicken Breasts
Chicken Broth
Cauliflower
Eggplant
VH Orange Ginger Sauce
Ginger
Garlic Cloves
Hot Sauce
Apple Cider Vinegar
Soya Sauce
Hoisin Sauce
Sesame Oil
Sugar or sugar substitute
Mushrooms
Broccoli
Oranges
Cornstarch
Spinach
DIRECTIONS:
1st Cook Chicken in frying pan with Oil and salt and pepper
2 Chicken Breasts cooked, sliced and Cooked till browned 10 – 15 minutes
(Remove chicken and set aside till later)

2 Cups Chicken Broth
2 Cups Cauliflower
1 Eggplant peeled and chopped
Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer @ 5 minutes
3rd add Sauce
1/3 Cup VH Orange Ginger Sauce
1 Tbsp minced Ginger
2 cloves minced Garlic
1 tsp Hot Sauce
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Sugar or sugar substitute
1 Cup sliced Mushrooms (optional)
2 Cups Broccoli & Cooked Chicken pieces
Simmer all together 5 minutes
4th Add in
3 Oranges, peeled and sliced
1 tsp Cornstarch (dissolved in 1tbsp water)
2 Cups Spinach
Continue to simmer till slightly thickened @ 5 minutes
