INGREDIENTS
White Sugar or Sugar Substitute
Brown Sugar
Butter
Vanilla Extract
Egg
Oatmeal
Flour (Whole Wheat, Almond or Oat)
Baking Soda
Cinnamon
Salt
Peanuts or Walnuts
Rasins or Chocolate Chip
DIRECTIONS:
Wet ingredients: ½ cup EACH White Sugar, Brown Sugar and Softened Butter
Ceam together Butter and Sugars
Stir in…1 tsp Vanilla extract, and 1 egg
Dry ingredients: 1 Cup Oatmeal, 1 cup Flour, 1 EACH tsp baking soda, and Cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp Salt….mix well
¼ cup crushed peanuts or walnuts
1/2 cup Raisins or Chocolate Chips or Both…..Combine Wet & Dry and fold in Raisins, etc.
Bake 350 for 15 mins or till golden brown
