Mexican Lasagna

INGREDIENTS

1 package 10 Tortillas

1 package ground Meat

1 Package Taco Seasoning

1 bottle White Cilantro Lime Sauce (in the mexican section grocery store)

Cheese – shredded

Salsa

Fresh Cilantro

Eggs

 

DIRECTIONS

Prep for this meal
1 package 10 small Tortillas
1 package ground Meat
1 package Taco seasoning
1 bottle white cilantro lime sauce (Mexican section grocery store)
Cheese (ie: Monterey Jack cheese) shredded
½ Jar Salsa or 1 cup
Cilantro
9″ x 9″ baking dish – sprayed with Pam
In a medium sized mixing Bowl add.,.  2 Eggs, White Mexican (cilantro / lime) sauce, a good handful or 2 Cilantro – mix well, and set aside
Heat frying pan and Cook the ground Meat and Taco Seasoning,
Once fully cooked, add in Salsa, bring to a bubble and remove from heat.  And set aside….
In another frying pan – heat pan and don’t add any oil and brown the tortilla on each side.
In 9″ x 9″ baking dish add a scoop of Taco Meat / Salsa, then Tortilla and then White sauce and sprinkle Shredded Cheese
Then the next layer to the same and repeat till dish full and add to 375-degree oven and bake till bubbly and cheese on top melted.
