Macaroni & Cheese with Tomato Soup Tuna Casserole

INGREDIENTS  makes @ 6 servings

2 Cans Tuna

Onion

Garlic cloves

Can Tomato Soup

Oregano & Basil

Worcestershire Sauce & Apple Cider Vinegar

box Kraft Macaroni & Cheese

Milk

Spinach leaves

Breadcrumbs

Parmesan Cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1st – drain 2 cans Tuna and set aside

slice 1/2 Onion and minced with grater

Heat frying pan with Oil and add Tuna & Onion and 2 cloves minced Garlic

-simmer Tuna, Onion and Garlic on low / med heat till lightly browned, make sure not to burn

Add 1 can Tomato soup & 1.5 can Water, 1 tsp EACH Oregano & Basil,

1 tbsp EACH Worcestershire & Apple Cider vinegar (or regular vinegar)

BRING TO just bubbling, reduce heat and lightly simmer @ 3 minutes

-add 1 box Kraft Dinner Macaroni, mix well, reduce heat (Keep cheese package set aside for later)

– simmer 7 mins……stir frequently…..remove from heat

Add Cheese packet, 1 cup Milk, and a couple handfuls chopped spinach (@ 2 cups)– incorporate all together.

Take off the heat,

Top with light dusting of Panko Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup) and Parmesan Cheese (2 Tbsp)

transfer pan to Oven and Bake (pre heated to 350) 15-20 minutes till bubbling, then broil 3 – 5 minutes, or till top is golden brown.

*NOTE i.e.:  Substitutes for breadcrumbs:  use Crushed Crackers, Chips, cereals
