Macaroni & Cheese with Broccoli & Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

1 package Shell Macaroni

1 Bunch Broccoli

1 package Cooked Frozen Shrimp (thawed)

Butter

Cornstarch

Milk

Salt & Pepper

Garlic Salt

Onion Salt

Dry Mustard

Hot Sauce

Worcestershire Sauce

Parsley

Shredded Cheese (Marble or Sharp Cheddar)

DIRECTIONS

1st Take one bunch of Broccoli and cut and wash, then bring pot to a boil and simmer @ 5 minutes, then drain (save 1/2 cup of Broccoli water) and set aside (chop into smaller pieces)
2nd Rinse well, drain and pat dry 2 cups of cooked Shrimp
In a large cooking pan add
2 tbsp Butter & Cornstarch and melt over Medium / High Heat, stirring in the cornstarch – add in the Broccoli water and continue to stir
Then reduce to a lower heat and keep slight simmering while adding in
2 cups Milk
Salt & Pepper, desired amount.
1 tsp EACH Garlic Salt, Onion Salt, Dry Mustard, and Hot Sauce
1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce, & Parsley
In a large pot bring water to a boil, add in Pasta, Salt and simmer @ 5 – 7 minutes. (save ½ cup Pasta water to add to Cheese mixture)
Add in Shrimp and Broccoli and simmer @ 3 minutes, stirring
Add in 2 Cups Shredded Cheese – Marble or Sharp Cheddar, stir till melted
Add in Cooked Pasta and Pasta
