Low Carb Banana Muffins

INGREDIENTS…….  makes 12 muffins

Almond Flour

Baking Powder

Salt

Cinnamon

Nutmeg

Bananas

Eggs

Vanilla Extract

DIRECTIONS:

In a bowl mix together Dry Ingredients

2 cups Almond Flour

3/4 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp EACH Salt & Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Nutmeg

In a separate bowl, mix together Wet Ingredients

3 Ripe Bananas

2 Eggs

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Heat oven to 375 degrees, and mix all ingredients together

scoop into muffin tins, and bake 15 – 20 minutes
