Jalapeño Popper Chicken Quesadilla

INGREDIENTS

1 – 2 Chicken Breasts

1 Jalapeno Pepper

1 Green Bell Pepper

1 Onion

Season with:  Cumin, Paprika, Garlic Salt, Onion Salt & Cayenne pepper

Tortillas

Whipped Cream Cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Cook and shred cooked Chicken, season well, salt & pepper
(1 – 2 chicken breast in the oven 375 degrees for 30 minutes, take out and set aside to shred)
1 Jalapeno Pepper & 1 Green Bell Pepper chopped
½ Onion chopped
In frying pan add Onions, Peppers, pinch each Cumin, Paprika, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt, Onion Salt & Cayenne Pepper, add in shredded chicken, Sauté @ 5 mins, then set aside….
Take tortilla and spread whipped Cream Cheese
Add Chicken, Onions, and Peppers
Fold tortilla in half, make 2 tortillas and place fold to fold
Bake 450 degrees till browned on bottom
Then broil till browned on top
