Inside Out “Egg roll”

INGREDIENTS…. makes 8 – 10 servings

1 package Ground Pork

Oil

Garlic

Salt & Pepper

Carrots

Green Cabbage

Sugar, or Sugar Substitute

Apple Cider Vinegar

Sesame Oil

Hot Sauce

Soya Sauce

Hoisin Sauce

Ginger

Vermicilli

DIRECTIONS:

In a frying pan or Wok,

1 package Ground Pork
2 minced Garlic Cloves
Salt & Pepper, simmer on medium heat till cooked
2 shredded Carrots, continue to simmer and stir @ 3 – 5 minutes
1/2 Green Cabbage thinly sliced and 1 cup Water (add cabbage a handful at a time)

Cover and continue to reduce and soften @ 8 – 10 minutes

*While the above is cooking down, in a separate bowl combined the below ingredients.

1-2 Tbsp Sugar or sugar substitute (monk fruit)
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp EACH Sesame Oil, and Hot Sauce
4 Tbsp Soya Sauce
2 – 3 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1 Tbsp minced Ginger

Mix all together and add to cabbage / meat mixture, stir in and add the Vermicelli

Bring to a simmer for @ 2-5 minutes and serve. (topped with green onions)
*2 cups of softened Vermicili added to above (soften Vermicelli by soaking in Hot Water)
