Ichiban Coleslaw

INGREDIENTS

Carrots

Celery

Ichiban Noodle package

Oil

Vinegar

Minced Ginger

Soya Sauce

Curry Powder

Turmeric

Honey

Frozen Vegetables Mixture

Red Cabbage

Apple

Raisins

DIRECTIONS:

1 large Carrot shredded
2 Celery chopped
Ichiban noodles cooked (crunched into mix)
take 1/4 packet Ichiban seasoning, add in ½ cup Oil, ¼ cup Vinegar, 1 tbsp EACH minced Ginger & Soya sauce,

1 tsp Each Curry powder, Turmeric, and Honey
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup Frozen Vegetables thawed
3 cup Red Cabbage chopped
1 Apple chopped
1/2 cup Raisins

Stir all together…..best served the next day
