INGREDIENTS
1 Package of Steak strips
Salt & Pepper
Almond Flour
Oil
Broccoli
Beef Broth
Soya Sauce
Hoisin Sauce
Apple Cider Vinegar
Chili pepper flakes (optional)
Sugar or sugar substitute
Red Bell Pepper
Onion
Minced Ginger & Garlic Cloves
Cornstarch
DIRECTIONS:
1 lb of steak sliced into strips
Add Salt, Pepper and 2 Tbsp Almond Flour and mix well.
Heat Frying pan on stove with oil and simmer till Steak Strips browned crisp.
Remove Beef Strips and set aside on a plate…
Cut 4 cups Broccoli and Steam over a pot @ 10minutes or Boil in water to soften.
Set aside Beef and Broccoli for later.
Prep
In a Bowl the Sauce to add later
1 cup Beef Broth
1/4 cup Soya Sauce
1 Tbsp EACH Hoisin and Apple Cider Vinegar
little sprinkle chili peppers (optional) spicy
3 Tbsp Sugar substitute
– First heat frying pan and add
1/2 Red Bell Pepper sliced
1/2 Onion chopped
Sauté @ 2 minutes med heat stirring often
add in,
1 Tbsp Ginger minced
2 Garlic cloves minced
Saute slightly, then add in
Broccoli and simmer a bit on medium / low heat
finally add the sauce and bring to a good simmer for @ 5 minutes
add Beef & 3 tsp Cornstarch.
continue to simmer on med / high heat, till thickened.
