INGREDIENTS…… makes @ 4 – 6 servings
5 Onions washed and Diced
1-2 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Pepper
Oil
Butter
Beef Broth
Bread
Cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Heat a large pot over medium heat
melt 1 Tbsp EACH Oil and Butter
5 diced Onions
Saute Onions till Carmelized, stirring Onions often to make sure the Onions don’t stick to pot… @ 45 minutes
add in 6 cups of water and 3 – 4 tsp Beef Broth, bring to a boil,
And continue to simmer on Medium Heat @ 30 minutes
Once Done, place in an oven proof bowl I take a piece of bread and cover it in shredded Mozzarella Cheese and pour the HOT Onion Soup over and serve
