Pieces of Fish (sole or Cod)
Dill weed, Onion Salt, Garlic Salt, Parsley, Salt & Pepper
Oil, & Butter
Bun / Bread
Tartar Sauce
Tomato
Lettuce
Onion
DIRECTIONS:
4 pieces of white fish (sole, cod, etc) pat dry and season
With – dash each of Dill weed, onion salt, garlic salt, parsley, salt & pepper
Heat skillet with oil and butter – fry fish fillets till cooked and brown
Serve on bun or bread, tartar sauce, tomato, lettuce, onions (optional)
