Deviled Eggs

INGREDIENTS

Vinegar

Eggs

Relish, or Pickles

Mayonnaise

Hot Sauce

Salt & Pepper

Paprika

DIRECTIONS:

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add 1-2 Tbsp Vinegar,
Once water is boiling, gently lower 3 EGGS into water,
Boil 10 minutes
Remove, drain water, add in cold water and @ 6 ice Cubes (Ice bath)- easier to peel shells
Cut Eggs in half, remove the yolks into a separate bowl
Add 1 tbsp Each Relish, or finely diced Pickles, 1 – 2 Tbsp Mayo, dash EACH hot sauce, Salt, and Pepper
MIX WELL, ADD BACK INTO EGG WHITES, sprinkle with Paprika.
