Curry Pork Bowl

INGREDIENTS….makes @ 10 servings

1 package Ground Pork

Salt & Pepper

Oil

Green Cabbage

Carrots

Chicken or Vegetable Broth

Curry Powder, Turmeric Powder, Honey, Ginger

Vermicelli

Apple Cider Vinegar

 

DIRECTIONS.
Heat large Pot / Dutch oven with Oil and add…
1 Package Ground Pork, Salt & Pepper to desired amounts
Sauté till cooked, stirring frequently
Remove from pot and set aside
Add into the large pot……
Oil, heated to medium / low and….
1/2 Green Cabbage sliced / chopped (bite size)
Salt & pepper to taste
2 Carrots shredded… And sauté @ 5 minutes.
Stirring frequently
Add in…..
2 cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth
1 1/2 Tbsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tbsp Honey
2  tsp minced Ginger
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 – 2 tsp Hot Sauce
Salt & Pepper
And return Pork to pot also,
Bring to a bubble, (add more water as needed)
Reduce heat to medium and simmer @ 5 – 7 minutes with lid on
Add in….1/2 package of Vermicelli, return lid and continue to cook till softened.
Top with sesame seeds and Green Onions (optional)
