Curry Coleslaw

INGREDIENTS  makes @ 12 servings

In a large Bowl add…..

Chop 8 cups of Cabbage & 2 Carrots shredded.

Oil

Vinegar

Turmeric, Honey, Curry Powder, Soya Sauce & Cayenne pepper

Minced Garlic & Minced Ginger

Salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS:

In a separate bowl mix dressing

½ cup Oil

¼ cup Vinegar

1 Tsp EACH Turmeric, & Honey

1 Tbsp EACH Curry Powder, Soya Sauce

small dash Cayenne pepper (optional)

3 cloves Garlic minced.

1 tbsp Ginger minced,

Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix in with Cabbage & Carrots refrigerate 2 hours, or best results – overnight.
