Crab Cakes

INGREDIENTS

Beet Greens

Onion

1 Package Crab Meat

Salt & Pepper

Cayenne pepper

Dill Weed

Lemon

Eggs

Bread crumbs

Mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS

2 – 3 leaves Beet Greens – finely diced
2 – 3 slices Onion – finely diced or minced
1 Package Crab Meat – finely diced
Salt & Pepper to desired amounts
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbsp dried Dill Weed
1/4 Lemon wedge – squeeze juice
Mix the top ingredients together good and set aside to marinate 15 minutes
Then incorporate the rest….
3/4 cup  Breadcrumbs
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
Form into patties and cook in Hot skillet with Oil
Brown them all, on both sides and done
