Cottage Pie

INGREDIENTS

Red Onion

Carrot

Celery

package Ground Pork

Green Cabbage

Vegetable Brothy

Potatoes

Can Cream Corn

Parsley

DIRECTIONS:

1 Red Onion finely diced
1 medium Carrot shredded
1 Celery finely diced
1 Package Ground Pork
Oil – sauté till pork cooked
Add……2 cup Cabbage
1 cup Vegetable Broth….bring to boil, reduce simmer 15 minutes

In Mean time, boil 5 potatoes (peeled) and make mashed potatoes
Add meat / cabbage mixture to pan, 1 can Cream Corn spread over evenly
Then mashed potatoes and sprinkle with parsley
Bake 375 for 45 minutes, then reduce to 300 for 15 minutes
