Coconut Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

Bag of Raw or cooked Shrimp

Salt & Pepper

Flour

Garlic Salt & Onion Salt

Eggs

Unsweetened Coconut

DIRECTIONS: 

1lb bag of Shrimp (thaw and rinse)
Dry Shrimp season with salt & pepper
In 1st bowl add 1 cup flour, salt, pepper, garlic salt and onion salt
In 2nd bowl whisk 2-3 eggs
In 3rd bowl add 1 pkg unsweetened coconut
Dredge Shrimp through Flour, then Eggs, then Coconut – in that order and add to hot pan with oil and
Brown shrimp on both sides
