Classic Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS…… makes 4 servings

1 Chicken Breast

Oil

Celery

Green Onions

Mayonnaise

Apple Cider Vinegar

Hot Sauce

Parsley

Bread & Lettuce

Salt & Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Heat frying pan, add oil and sliced chicken breast pieces till cooked and browned 15 – 20 minutes
1 boneless, skinless Chicken Breast cooked and chopped
1 Celery chopped
4 Green Onions chopped
1/4 – 1/2 cup mayonnaise, & 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (or regular vinegar)
2 tbsp hot sauce

Salt & Pepper
1 tbsp parsley…. mix all together well
I like to serve on Rye or Sourdough Bread or Lettuce leaves
