INGREDIENTS…..makes 5 – 6 regular sized Pancakes
Milk
Vinegar
Whole Grain Flour or Whole Wheat Flour
Wheat Bran
Sugar, or Stevia
Baking Powder
Baking Soda
Salt
Butter
Chocolate Pudding
Jam (Lingonberry, Strawberry or any Jam you like)
DIRECTIONS
in a bowl add – ¾ cup Milk & 2 tbsp Vinegar, mix together and set aside (this helps poof them bigger)
In separate bowl mix together…
¾ cup Whole Grain or Whole Wheat Flour
¼ cup Wheat Bran
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt – mix that together
Add Milk & Vinegar mixture to dry ingredients
Heat up a frying pan with 1 – 2 Tbsp of butter and
Proceed to make pancakes. Add Pancake Batter to hot frying pan.
When Pancake batter starts to bubble, flip and cook 3 – 5 minutes each side.
Once done…. top w/ Chocolate Pudding & Lingonberry Jam (Pictured) or any jam you like.
