INGREDIENTS: ……………………Makes 4 – 5 servings
2 Chicken Breasts (boneless and skinless),
1 Egg
Milk
Almond Flour
Salt & Pepper
DIRECTIONS;
Cut up 2 Chicken Breasts, into slices, and set aside
In a large bowl whisk 1 Egg and add 1 – 2 cups of Milk
In another large bowl add 1-2 cups of Almond Flour, salt and pepper and mix well
Add chicken pieces from one of the chicken breast to the Milk/egg mixture above, soak then add to the Almond Four
Heat skillet Medium Heat, with Oil and add the Chicken pieces in…brown well on both sides to cook thoroughly
Remove and serve with plum sauce (optional)
