Chicken Noodle Soup

INGREDIENTS…..makes 8 servings

2 – 3 Chicken Breast

Oil

Carrots

Onion

Chicken Broth

Thyme seasoning

Fusilli Pasta

Parsley

Salt & Pepper

DIRECTIONS

Heat a Dutch Oven (large pot) on stove and add,

Oil and 2 – 3 Chicken Breasts sliced into bite size (seasoned with salt & pepper).  Brown until cooked (@ 15 minutes, once done remove and set aside)
In the Dutch oven add more oil (if needed)

6 chopped Carrots & 1 chopped Onion, salt & pepper – simmer till softened a bit and onions translucent
Add….12 cups water, 2 tbsp Chicken broth, 1 tsp Thyme…..bring to a boil add Chicken pieces back in.
Reduce temperature and simmer 30 minutes
Add 1 Tbsp Parsley, salt & pepper (if needed), and 3 cups fusilli pasta and cook 30 minutes
