Chicken Fingers

INGREDIENTS

Chicken Breast (1 chicken breast / 2 servings)

Oil

Oatmeal or Breadcrumbs

DIRECTIONS:

Slice Chicken Breast into strips (as many as you like) leave wet or add drizzled oil.

Coat in Oatmeal or Breadcrumbs (note Oatmeal can be very filling)

Heat Frying pan to medium heat with oil and brown Chicken Fingers on both sides till crispy brown @ 5-7 minutes each side
