Chicken & Chickpea Spaghetti

INGREDIENTS…. makes @ 6 servings

2 Chicken Breasts

Oil

1 jar Spaghetti Sauce

1 Small Tomato Paste

1 Can Chickpeas (drained & rinsed)

Spaghetti Pasta

Parmesan Cheese

DIRECTIONS

Heat frying pan with oil, add 2 Chicken Breasts on medium heat 10 – 20 minutes till browned on each side and fully cooked through
turn heat off, cover, and remove from burner and let sit 7 minutes covered, then slice chicken

Heat in a pot.…and cook spaghetti seperate
1 jar Spaghetti Sauce
1 small can Tomato Paste.
1 can Chickpeas
Simmer 10 – 15 mins

In a separate pot, bring water to a boil, reduce and add 1/2 package of spaghetti and salt to boiling water and cook pasta till al dente @ 10 minutes.

Once the above is done.

On a plate add, pasta, sauce, topped with chickpeas, chopped up chicken and parmesan cheese.
