INGREDIENTS
1 package Ground Chicken
Breadcrumbs
Salt & Pepper, Garlic Salt & Onion Salt
Cornstarch
Vinegar or Pickle Juice
Minced Ginger
Oil
Lettuce
DIRECTIONS:
In a large mixing bowl add….
1 lb ground chicken
1 cups breadcrumbs
salt & pepper, 1 tsp Each Garlic Salt & Onion Salt
3/4 tbsp cornstarch (substitute for egg)
1 Tbsp Each Vinegar or Pickle juice
1 tsp minced Ginger
Mix above well (I use my hands to bind it all well)
Heat frying pan well, add Oil and brown each side well. Once burgers are well colored on each side, they are done.
