INGREDIENTS
1 bunch Broccoli
Cauliflower
2 Beets
Mayonnaise
Italian Salad Dressing
Sugar or sugar substitute
Peanuts or sunflower seeds
Raisins or Craisins
DIRECTIONS:
1 bunch Broccoli (washed) and cut into pieces
1/2 Cauliflower (washed) and cut into pieces
2 Beets (washed and cooked in a pot) for 30 -40 minutes, peeled and chopped.
In a large bowl mix together….
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup of Italian Salad dressing
1 tbsp Sugar or Stevia
Add to salad and top with peanuts or sunflower seeds
1/2 cup Raisins or Craisins
