Breakfast Turkey Casserole

INGREDIENTS

4 – 5 Potatoes

Turkey Kielbasa

Sliced Mushrooms

Onion

Zucchini

Mushroom Soup

Milk

Sour Cream or Plain Greek Yogurt

Eggs

Cheese (shredded)

DIRECTIONS:

4 – 5 potatoes shredded soak in water while preparing other ingredients, then place in towel roll up and dry thoroughly
In a large bowl add…..
Chop ½ Tukey Kielbasa
5 sliced Mushrooms diced
1/4 Onion Minced
Chop ¼ Zucchini.
1 can Mushroom Soup
½ cup Milk
2 tbsp Sour Cream
6 Eggs whisked
1 cup Shredded Cheese
Add dried off shredded Potatoes (season with salt & pepper)
Bake 400 degrees for 45 minutes in a 9 x 9 baking dish, covered in tinfoil,
remove tinfoil and bake 15 mins uncovered.
