Breaded Sardines

INGREDIENTS…..makes @ 2 – 4 servings

2 Cans Sardines

Eggs

Panko Breadcrumbs

Salt, Pepper, Dill, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic salt, & Onion Salt

Oil

Mayonnaise

Green Relish

Lemon

Hot Sauce/ Siracha

DIRECTIONS

2 cans Sardines drained & dab dry with paper towel.
In one bowl do an Egg wash – 1 whisked egg
In another bowl Season 1 1/2 cups Panko Breadcrumbs with dash EACH of salt, pepper, dill, cayenne, garlic & onion salt and mix well
coat Sardines in Egg wash then Breadcrumb mixture
Heat Oil in frying pan and crisp on both sides.

Dip
Mix together….½ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Green Relish
¼ wedge lemon juice
Hot sauce (optional)
