INGREDIENTS….. makes 12
Pie Crust (made with Crisco or Tender flake shortening)
1 can Blueberry Pie filling
1 can Cherry Pie filling
DIRECTIONS:
Make Crisco / Tender flake Shortening pie crust according to instructions on the box.
Also, you can buy pre-made Pie Crusts in the frozen section of the grocery store….
then I use an empty sour cream container to cut mini pie crust size
Put crusts in muffin pan
Preheat oven to 450 place (just the crusts in the muffin pan) into the oven @ 8 – 10 minutes to start them off….
Remove from Oven, turn the oven to 350, and set aside to fill with Pie fillings.
Fill half with Blueberry Pie filling and half with Cherry pie (store bought canned kind)
Bake 350 till golden brown 25 – 30 minutes (lightly browned)
