INGREDIENTS
1 package of Beef (sirloin) strips
Worcestershire Sauce
Apple Cider Vinegar
Oil
Onion
Garlic Cloves
Sliced Mushrooms
Beef Broth
Red Wine
Dijon Mustard or Dry Mustard
Salt & Pepper, Parsley, Lemon Juice
Frozen Peas
Cream Cheese
Egg Noodles
DIRECTIONS:
1 pkg Beef strips marinated in 2 Tbsp EASH Worcestershire Sauce & Apple cider vinegar 2 hours
Add to a skillet heated with Oil, 1 Onion diced, 2 cloves Garlic crushed, and pack of sliced mushrooms, and sauté on medium heat till caramelized. @ 10 minutes
add to skillet Beef strips & marinate (above)
Simmer for 15 minutes till meat browned
Add
½ cup Beef broth
½ cup Red wine
2 tbsp Dijon or dry mustard
Simmer 10 – 15 mins
Add
Salt & pepper, (tsp) parsley and (¼ wedge) lemon juice, 1 cup frozen Peas (thawed)
Stir on low heat till absorbed
½ cup cream cheese and heat / stir till well heated & melted
Serve with cooked hot egg noodles
