INGREDIENTS makes 2 servings
1 Chicken Breast
Oil
Salt & Pepper
Dinner Rolls
Mayonnaise
Raspberry Jam
Mushroom Slices
Lettuce
DIRECTIONS:
1st cook Chicken Breast – heat frying pan with Oil, add Chicken Breast chopped in half, seasoned with Salt & Pepper, on medium heat
Cook 10 mins each side till fully cooked and browned
Take 1 tbsp Mayonnaise & 1 tbsp Raspberry (any jam works) and spread on Dinner Roll
Add Mushroom slices and lettuce leaves.
